A concocted tea


Had 6 chicken thighs to use for tea so made a lime chicken curry. It should use a lemon and curry powder but as I had neither adapted the recipe. I'll post it out for you all sometime but haven't got time now. Anyway, it was yummy. As there was a lot of sauce I decided to add the rice to it and served it as a soup/stew concoction. 

The pudding was good old custard (courtesy of Bird's custard powder and milk) and our last two light christmas puddings.
