Living a slower, more simple life ...
Just wonderful! We're absolutely ecstatic here in sunny Lancashire!!
Us too, we both had tears in our eyes.
I was in bits when he went 40-0 up, just willing him to serve an ace and get it over with. KL just looked at me and said ' Are you crying?' like I was some kind of nutter. Maybe I am , maybe it's the hormones, but I freely admit that I sobbed.
What a brilliant match.. the man did good. Many congratulations Andy :o)
Probably his best match, next best, his semi-final.
Steady, old girl, steady on, now! Yes, well done.I am really pleased for him. I don't care whether he is Scottish or British. And I am really really pleased it is all over, and total strangers will now stop assuming I give a toss! These days I just don't know any of the players, and just find the total coverage a bit over the top. But then I feel like that about most sport, it's not that I'm particularly anti-Wimbledon.
It does get a bit much doesn't it although I have just watched the last set again. Still brought tears to my eyes, soppy old thing that I am. Hope you had a good weekend.
What a brilliant match it was too!
Wasnt it wonderful?
