Welcome and looky here...

First of all, welcome aboard the old Norfolk Express to Northern Mum Down South and from Bloglovin, Cathy Hartley and Akm Evans.

A few more weeks into the year, and it will be February, when DS and FDiL, plan to come down to select their new puppy, who will be our future Grand-dog number 3!

Then in March, they will come down to collect him.

They already have two female Springer Spaniels S. and M., he will be L., then eventually, another male will complete the pack!

  1. I'm feeling broody just looking at that basketful! How adorable. We still miss our old Springer but we have got out of having a dog now for so many years I think on balance we will stay that way. I get my strokes and cuddles from various neice-andnephew puppies dotted around our friends! Looking a bit grey and drizzley here, so after doing mum's shopping I think it is a day indoors doing a bit of cooking, stitching and playing a bit of music! Enjoy yours, Dc!

    1. They do look adorable don't they. We have only had a dog once and it was a nightmare - got conned, as the vet said it looked far older than the breeder stated and he reckoned it was too inbred - couldn't do a thing with it. Has put us off having another one but we enjoy our grand-dogs when they are here.

  3. Gorgeous. I'm wondering now about the name beginning with L that they have chosen to go with S. and M. - I love their names.

  4. Awww-they're sweet! We have 2 granddogs-a golden labrador and a springer/heeler mix. They are complete opposites, the lab being very easy going and the other is way to bouncy!

    1. Springers are built to be bouncy hence their name:) Grand-dogs 1 and 2 are working dogs so very well behaved except first thing in the morning when they have a big play fight for around 10 minutes!
