First of all, welcome to PJ Woods via Bloglovin.
To get us through to my next bread baking day, I decided to make some soda bread, plus some chilli cheese scones. I had forgotten how crumbly soda bread was:
As the oven was on, a plum crumble was also cooked for Sunday and Monday, usually the only time we have a pudding:
It all looks really tasty. You can't beat a bit of home baking 😊
ReplyDeleteDon’t bake as much as we used too otherwise we plonk on the weight!
DeleteThey do look delicious. Gotta love a bit of baking and it makes the home smell wonderful too.

Certainly does and the scones were quite spicy.
DeleteThat all looks delicious, I bet the place smelled amazing! I love crumble, it's something I should make more often.
ReplyDeleteSo do we, hot, cold or warm, with custard, yoghurt or evaporated milk!
DeleteI am a great fan of a crumble, ours yesterday was rhubarb and ginger. I bet those cheese and chilli scones would go nice with soup.
ReplyDeleteMy will power was just about holding, until I read about crumble with evaporated milk. A combination I haven't had since childhood and I must remedy that fact. It was a real favourite and suddenly my tastebuds are yearning for it.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks delicious.
ReplyDeleteYou always manage to make me hungry, no matter the hour. Best to you.
