Confused trees...

I was outside yesterday bringing in the washing and looked up into the top arch of my apple tree - blossom waiting to open:
Just to the left of it, was pollinated blossom:
Topsy turvy weather indeed!

  1. Mine are confused too. It's still in the 80s in October and the magnolia tree is opening up all the buds that were slated for next spring. Crazy....

  3. Our honeysuckle is in full bloom and we've got hyacinths peeping through! Insects are aplenty too - poor things!
