The blueberries have flowered and are growing a few fruit. The newly planted gooseberry from last year is not well and the blackcurrant has no fruit due to a heavy cut back last year. The thornless bramble however, is covered in flower:
Still not a lot to see in the raised beds but bed 4, with its tomatoes and new compost bin, seems fine:
It's lovely to see bloggers' posts about their plants at the moment. Yours look lovely and healthy!
ReplyDeleteThanks, keeping my fingers crossed the rest will catch up!
DeleteGarden pictures always give me ideas for my own garden. Your tomatoes look very good.

Yes, so much has been late this year hasn't it? And odd how some areas differ to others....our soft fruit bushes are all absolutely loaded with fruit. The apple trees seem to be full of fruit too, but the pear and plum only had a very few fruits and those have all dropped off anyway. Your tomatoes look good for being outside, ours aren't as big as that and they're in the polytunnel!
ReplyDeleteYour tomatoes look good.
ReplyDeleteThanks. They are on a south facing corner so that helps.
