And why not? UPDATED!

DB and Ruby resting in the sunshine after he has done a few jobs. Notice the tissue around a cut finger:(
Went outside at 8pm to clap for the careers, quite a few clapping and whooping, dogs barking etc.

  2. Two things we've got plenty of at the moment are time and good weather, so it's really nice to be able to sit in the sun having a rest after doing a few jobs. My husband is always covered in cuts and bruises too...he's always been clumsy and now he's a 'bleeder' as well due to blood thinning meds. I have to keep a good stock of plasters.

    1. Same for him as well. I think we get more clumsy as we age.

  4. A cut finger is the worst! we're always using our hands!! All the increased handwashing has made my hands chapped and sore. I now alternate soap with Aqueous cream as a wash which has helped.

    1. Same here but couldn’t get hold of aqueous cream today. Almost everything in the shops though except pasta.

  5. Ouch … but the sunshine must help a bit. That's going to sting a lot with all this handwashing!!
