According to some, they are not going to have a flu vaccine, no matter what. The reason is simple. Only the old and infirm get given one. They are the ones dying with Covid-19.
Therefore, it is live Covid in there, being used by the government to cull them!!!!!
I mean - really. What planet are they on?
Oh my word...well, husband and I are booked in to have our flu jabs on Saturday, so should we be saying our goodbyes now?! I laughed out loud at this.
ReplyDeleteBeggars belief doesn’t it. There are probably even worse ones out there.
DeleteThey have started giving regular flu shots locally and I haven't heard of massive amounts of people die ing.
ReplyDeleteI should hope not. Still waiting for mine.
DeleteI had mine yesterday and I am still here. 74 years young and I have no intention of going yet I have lot of things I want to do. I love your blog but do not comment but this made me laugh.
DeleteThank you and thanks for commenting. Weird people out there.
DeleteI had mine yesterday at Tesco pharmacy. Very efficient, full PPE precautions. I've missed mine for about 5 years and after being so I'll from Jan to March this year, thought I'd get it done. It was free as I'm diabetic. I'm fine, no problems thus far.
ReplyDeleteLong may it be so. DB had his last Saturday. I am still waiting to be called.
DeleteTry living next to the US - it's a different conspiracy theory every other day!
ReplyDeleteI am getting my pneumonia jab this week and the flu shots should be ready in about 2 weeks - EVERYONE, including children, is being urged to get the shot and as a consequence the govt. has purchased millions more doses than usual. So much for it being used to cull the elderly.
I’m still waiting. Have checked and they said I will get one.
DeleteGood grief. We had ours about 6 months ago at the start of our winter and we are still here. Whatever will they think of next. I also read each day but do not usually comment.
ReplyDeleteThank you for this comment. I hope most people see sense and get one.
DeleteOh Lord have mercy. I haven't heard that one here across the pond as of yet, but I am sure it will reach here very soon. Our government is really pushing the need for a flu shot this year as Covid is still with us.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
It doesn’t seem so prevalent as other years but having had flu once, I never want it again.
DeleteI had my flu jab yesterday and so far so good. There are some strange people out there.
ReplyDeleteCertainly are. DB can’t even feel where his went in.
DeleteYou do get some odd people, don't you. I wonder what it must be like to live with such fear and suspicion. Not nice.
ReplyDeletexx
Indeed not. We all get fearful at times but for the most part, I trust science to get it right.
DeleteWell you gave me the best laugh of the day up to now, what planet are some people on!!
ReplyDeleteAn alternative earth maybe?
DeleteBooked ours today. Me and KL have to wait until November. My mum could have had hers done today, but I chose Monday for her. There were umpteen appointments available for the over 65s, both today and next week. A shame me and KL couldnt have had ours done instead of appointments being wasted.I'm more worried about KL having to wait, as an asthmatic who had to go to A&E twice in the last year with her asthma, than I am about me.
ReplyDeleteUnless I go elsewhere, we can’t book with our surgery. They are doing appointments only, if I go where I normally do, I won’t be on our doctors list for next year.
