A January Birthday card

This was for my sister. It was a card with a separate piece of embossed card on top. This had a 'topper' placed on it:

Inside, I created this fold with other bits of preprinted card and attached yet more of the same card on top of it:
It's quite effective I think:

I don't think I had room for a sentiment stamp. I shall try and remember to make different types each year. We shall see!

    That's lovely, and by recording what you make this year on here you will have a record so you can make a totally different design next year.

      Every month. See my link on tutorials above. I just do the top bit of it. Photo’s are done differently. Just type how to backup photo’s or something similar in the search box at the top. Blogs go walkabout and without a backup, you won’t be able to recover it.

      It wouldn't worry me, I'd probably just start again :-)

      I've never lost a blog or even a post in the 13 years I've been blogging, so I'm not too worried.

    It's really lovely, you obviously have a great imagination. I have 3 birthdays this month so I need to get my creative juices flowing.
