I've just bought a smoothy maker and will be experimenting to increase my 5/6 a day. My late husband and I always used differ about the speed of eating, he said wolfed and I said woofed. But then I am the more dog - ophile.
I tend to use woof but I'm sure either is correct. I usually have smoothies 5 mornings a week and incorporate 2 fruits (hate veggies in them). I also add lots of other things such as seeds and powders.
Just read wolfed is correct but woofing is also acceptable but is an egg corn! Either way, I ate it wholeheartedly but not so fast as the expression describes.

DeleteDelicious. I've never come across nettle powder before.

Me neither but I found it on Youtube and made myself 4 batches before the nettles went over.
DeleteSounds delicious, and yes I am a 'wolfer' of my food occasionally ;-)

DeleteI eat this regularly but have never tried it with nettle. Glad you have something new to enjoy.
