I might, just might, be getting better!
Day 10, still testing negative. My body is beginning to feel better, my head and throat are another matter. My throat and nose are still sore from all the bloodied catarah coming from my sinuses and phlegm being coughed up. I still have a bit of a thick head. My left ear is uncomfortable, hopefully due to blocked tubes rather than an infection building up.
Anyway, I have managed to gather some soil to test what state my garden is in. The first lot heralded a disaster so I am repeating them as thest particular tests are new to me.
Dog washing is on the line and I did manage a good walk yesterday even if I was a bit breathless at times.
That's my lot for now. Thanks for all you well wishes.
If that's getting better, it must really have been horrible before! I'm glad you've been testing negative....whatever it was sounds just as nasty as covid though. Hope you're back to normal soon.
ReplyDeleteMe too. Managed a small amount of weeding yesterday but feel pooped again today.
DeleteAt least your sense of humour is still good, keep going on, you're getting there.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, it has got me down at times though.
DeleteThe testing is odd but, whatever the results, you need to stay easy and rest and that's what you are doing. In a way, whether it is covid or not is a bit irrelevant, isn't it? You have a rotten virus and I'm sorry you've felt so poorly!

Thanks. I am sure others are far worse off. Just fed up.
DeleteIt does sound as though a course of anti-biotics might have been needed for this, you have really had a rough time haven't you. I hope you feel well enough to enjoy the warm weekend before the cold weather returns.
ReplyDeleteTake care. xx
Me too. I managed to weed 6’ of a garden bed yesterday but am pooped again today. Slowly slowly methinks.
DeleteOh dear, you sound pretty ill. I do hope things improve for you. Take things slowly and get plenty of rest in between tasks.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Thank you, getting there.
DeleteOh my, you've certainly had a time of it!!! If you're using the at-home tests, the Omicron variants tend to sneak by those tests a little more; the PCR tests, which take a little longer to get results, tend to be more accurate. Either way, I'm sorry you've felt so terrible. Wishing you a speedy full recovery!
ReplyDeleteThank you, getting better, just not much energy.
