That had crossed my mind ...I don't see why not. That had crossed my mind as the tins are rather bulky but I cooked the frozen ones before I got desperate for the fridge space or for the tins!<br />If you try it please let me know and I will comment if I try to box them.<br />It's just crossed my mind that a box of frozen mince pies might make a good present with or without a tin. I like the idea of using strong flour and putting a slice of cheese on top is brilliant.<br />One thing I've done this year is make mince pies but instead of cooking them I've frozen them raw, in their tins to cook when needed. They don't need defrosting; just add 5 minutes to the cooking time.<br />So far this has been a great success but only if you have enough tins and freezer space!<br />In our household it stops them being eaten too quickly!
