Easter tree (twig)

It is a few years since we last did an Easter tree. I got reminded the other day reading Mama's Mercantile so picked three sturdy twigs yesterday. Hopefully, the warmth in the house will also open the leaf buds as I have no idea what I picked:

They are in a mini milk bottle which is inside a heavy ex candle jar.

Don't forget here in the UK, that our clocks go forward this weekend. We have a list of things we need to change ourselves alongside those that should do so automatically, but we check them anyway.

  3. Love your little tree. As your clocks go forward ours will be going back. We have already noticed days getting shorter.

  4. What an adorable tree. I may have to make it out and get a decent twig or two and make one for my home. However then I would have to either make some ornaments or purchase them.

Our clocks moved a almost a week ago. Well except for here we do not change times.

    God bless.

  5. Your tree looks lovely. I am guessing the decorations are from your time in Germany that where my wooden ones are from. Thanks for the reminder about the clocks.

  7. This is the weekend we all realise just how many bloody clocks and dials we have around the house that need altering. And the weekend when all my clocks end up telling different times!!

It's okay for Alan he didn't change the clock in his truck when the clocks went back, so from tomorrow it will be right again and will at last stop giving me a heart attack when I think we are an hour late for things.

    1. Thank you. Neither had we until we lived in Germany. Very big over there. Looks better now as I have put pine greenery around the jar.
