are finally beginning to open. The yellow crocus are beginning to open their flowers:
the purple ones open a little later. This cowslip has been flowering on and off for a couple of months now. It has a few more flowers yet to open:
Finally, hidden behind some foliage, my first daffodil:
Our daffs are only just through the soil!
ReplyDeleteMost of mine are the same, this is the only open one!
DeleteOh my haven't they grown! Pretty flowers, I think spring is a lovely time of year, it certainly has the prettiest of flowers , we have a few primulas poking their heads up but no daffs as yet.
ReplyDeleteI think the majority of my flowers are Spring and Summer so it is always nice to see them arrive.
DeleteAh those pups are so adorable. Can't believe that Spring is trying very hard to make an appearance with all these bulbs and flowers shooting up :)

I think Mother nature is getting a little ahead of herself!
DeleteAhhhh!!!! Gorgeous puppies.
ReplyDeleteVery pleased to see your daffodil, spring must be nearly here! Actually, we have lots that have buds on them but dont look like they will bloom for ages yet.
Most of mine are still coming through and yes, the pups do look gorgeous - just glad we don't have to train any!
DeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteWe have a couple of open daffodils in the raised bed outside the back door. I think the soil is a bit warmer in there.
I was surprised to fined this daffodil open, all the rest are barely through the soil. Most of my snowdrops haven't even opened yet.
